Guaranteed Plant Maintenance Program

	We are solely responsible for the weekly maintenance of plants, including watering, cleaning and turning of the plants to assure balanced growth and appearance.
	Should a guaranteed plant need replacement, it will be done at no additional charge to your customer. Replacements will be made with plants of approximate equal retail value, but not necessarily the same variety of plant.
	Plants and water will be accessible to those involved in maintenance during regular business hours. Every effort will be made to care for plants located in locked offices. However, if technicians are unable to gain access over a period of them the plants will have to be relocated to enable weekly maintenance.
	Because of potential for water damage we request that plants not be placed above computers and other sensitive electronic equipment.
	Change of plant location, watering and maintenance provided by other will void the guarantee.
	This guarantee does not include plants lost due to severe indoor temperature changes or plants damaged by personal heaters.
	Interior construction can damage foliage. During any interior remodeling and dust. A separate change will be made for cleanup or relocation work necessitated by construction.
	We are responsible only for plants covered under the agreement as listed on the inventory sheet. The addition of other plants to the inventory must be approved by us (enabling us to make sure they are healthy and disease free).
